  Call the office with an emergency said what we had and what the problem was when we got there staff was waiting outside in the parking lot with a bed for our dog. treated our dog as if he was the human we think he was so grateful in our time of need that this office was available for us. We have found a new Veterinarian Clinic for our little furry loves♡

  The only veterinary office that NEVER answers their phones or returns calls?!?!?! I have never experienced a vets office like this, no matter what time of the day they don't answer their phones. Better yet try getting a prescription refill.... be ready to invest at least two weeks trying to reach someone. BEWARE...If you leave a message they will NOT call back!!! Big waste of time and money going here!!!

  So, Rainbow Vet decided to terminate me and my rescue as clients after the puppy situation in Sat. Claiming I demanded pain meds for the puppy that they didnt have an exam that day. Which I had brought them in that morning.... When this is not what happened. I only stated the pup was clearly in pain...and needed seen. And asked if there was anything that they could do. The male vet tech is the one who went back and asked the vet. I never spoke directly with her. But because Dr refuses to see my animals...she refused them any treatment..And walked out and went home. The other vet walked out and went on the farm call. Seen her come out to go on the call. And I was told they would call me when the vet came back from the farm call. I never received a call...mind you I have a witness to the entire situation...another client of Rainbow.....but I waited two hours with the screaming puppies...and decided to take pups to PVSEC... where the immediately took them back...seen them and gave them pain meds. So that they could settle and be able to eat....which they hadn't done in 7 hours due to the pain. The owners refuse to talk to me directly and refuse to talk to my witness. The business manager at the front desk refused to even try to set up a meeting. Saying that the owner has made up her mind. So, the truth does not matter to them. The truth that one of their vets Dr refused care to a puppies in clear pain. And that their staff failed to follow through on care of an animal. Haven't they had enough issues in the news lately. You should be ashamed....please make an effort to stand up to the oath you have taken....it is suppose to be about the animals....and vets like that one shouldn't be caring for animals at all..
